We've located the most ideal factory holes to securely fasten the rails that will act as the launching pad for the rest of your build. After installing rivet nuts, all that's left to do is screw in each rail with a t-handle wrench. And don't worry if you're unfamiliar with the process of installing rivet nuts - we'll walk you through it!

We've sectioned out your wall panels to make them easy to ship to you, easy to install, and easy to modify to fit your van's needs. They're held in tight with the compression of the rails, so all that's left is a few rivet nuts to flex them into place.
Lightweight
By using ¼" material, we keep a large part of your build incredibly lightweight. This also allows them to easily flex into the curve of your van, keeping them nice and snug.
Serviceable
Each panel can be individually removed without affecting the panels around it. Now you can easily access parts of the van to service wiring, insulation, etc.
Beautiful
We work with high-quality materials that are durable and not readily available at your local Home Depot. If there's something else you're looking for, let us know!

Natural Plywood - This is an unfinished Baltic Birch, perfect for accepting any paint, stain, oil, or polyurethane to match the rest of your build.
White Laminate - Two sheets of durable white laminate on a 1/4" in Baltic Birch core. (Ask us about other color options).
Bamboo - Amber edge grain bamboo plywood. This arrives unfinished, and is ready to accept a conditioning finishing wax or oil. (Note: the bamboo panels in the product photos have been treated with finishing wax, which gives them their darker amber glow. Your panels will arrive much lighter until they are finished).
White Oak Veneer - This is a two-sided wood veneer on an MDF core. It arrives unfinished and is ready for an oil, wax, or polyurethane.

These aluminum rails secure your panels as well as act as mounting points for the rest of your build. They're even strong enough to mount your bed on.
Lightweight 1/4" Panels
With your choice of laminated plywood, bamboo, wood veneer, or raw Baltic Birch, you'll be sure to find something to match your aesthetic.
Installation Hardware
Rivet nuts and 1/4-20 screws. That's all the hardware it takes to install your rails and secure your panels to your van.

FAQs
Our panel kits are made to order using readily available materials. Black powder coated rails require an additional 5-7 business days. White laminate panels require 10-12 additional business days.
Most panel kits ship within 10 business days. We will confirm the estimated delivery date 1 to 2 business days after your order.
Because of the size of the panels, we are able to ship these to you via UPS (no freight necessary). You will receive a smaller package containing the hardware followed by a box containing your panels and a tube containing your rails. The box with your panels is approximately 36” x 68” and up to 75lbs so we recommend having a moving buddy ready to help you unload.
Yes! We offer installation of all our wall and ceiling panel kits, as well as any of our other products. Contact us for a custom quote.
Depending on your level of handiness, we estimate that this kit (including all the rails and panels), should take a person about half a day to install. The most time-consuming portion will be installing the rivnuts. There are approximately 65 rivnuts for the wall panel kits and 25 for the ceiling panel kits.

You have the option of adding window and flare hole cutouts:
- Bunk window on Passenger Side rear
- Bunk window on Driver Side rear
- Standard crew window on Driver Side forward
- Flare cutout on Driver and Passenger Side
We have the cutouts for the CR Laurence bunk windows (10” x 33”). If you have not already installed your windows, we can also include a window cutting template that matches our cutout for easy window installation. If you have already installed your windows, we cannot guarantee our ability to match your custom location and would advise ordering a full panel for you to modify.
If you have crew windows on the Driver’s Side forward, we will send three trim pieces to fit around your window in place of the full panel.

The Sprinter High Roof wall panel kit is an 80% match for the Standard Roof Sprinter. By omitting the top row of panels, the remaining panels will fit all but the top 6” of the walls. If you are interested in a partial kit for a Standard Roof, let us know and we can make a custom order. We are actively working on getting our hands on a Standard Roof Sprinter to fabricate the perfect fit soon!
The aluminum rails are fabricated from Low Profile Strut Channel (also called Unistrut). As such, you can use any hardware meant for Strut Channel, such as Strut Channel Nuts which can be found at Home Depot or online.
Absolutely! In combination with the ceiling rails, our rails and wall panels are compatible with the Adventure Wagon Mule Bag as well as the Van Essential 24” and 36” duffel bags.
Our kit has many of the same features as the Adventure Wagon and Flatline systems, but would require different hardware for the Unistrut. If you are interested in trying to install one of these beds, we would be happy to help you source the correct additional hardware that fits our rail system.
