Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has been delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. In the same condition that you received it
  2. In its original packaging.

Once a Return Request has been approved, item(s) must be received back to Featherbuilt within 15 days.

Except for the case of a damaged shipment, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as a 5% restocking fee.

To start a return, contact us at support@featherbuilt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process and appear on your account. If you do not see your refund after 2 weeks of the return arriving to us, please contact our team with reference to your order number at support@featherbuilt.com


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time before shipment. Cancelled orders are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee, to be deducted from the total of the refund. Orders already shipped and 'in transit' cannot be cancelled, and must be processed as a return. Contact support@featherbuilt.com to begin your cancellation request.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your package appears defective or damaged, please refuse the package and contact us to begin the process of a replacement. 


Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, or there’s a defect in the material or workmanship, we’ll make it right. Let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Damage caused during installation or regular use is not covered, but we’re reasonable people. If there’s an issue, reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that show signs of misuse, modification, or unreasonable wear and tear.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on digital downloads, sale items, gift cards, custom items, and made-to-order items (Wall and Ceiling Panel Kits).


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund Policy

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your refund may be subject to a refund processing fee. If you use Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, or other financing payment methods, your return or refund will be subject to a refund processing fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@featherbuilt.com.
