Is shipping really free?
Yes, we price our products to include shipping to the lower 48. That way there are no surprises when you get to checkout.
Products that ship from our partner distributors (appliances, heaters, etc) may have additional shipping fees that will be shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. If you’re outside the country and interested Featherbuilt gear, send us a message - we might be able to make it work.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes! Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll coordinate a time for you to come by the shop to pick up your order.
We also offer a 10% discount for local pickup! Please keep in mind this cannot be combined with any other discounts or sales.
How do I ship something back to you?
If you are trying to process a return, please reach out to support@featherbuilt.com to initiate the return process.
Can I request a specific shipping window?
We do our best to work with customers and their build schedule, but once a package leaves our shop, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. If there's a chance you'll be out of town during the expected delivery range of your order, please get in touch with us to postpone shipping.
