Sprinter Sliding Door Lower Panel

Take the guesswork out of creating the door panels for your Sprinter van conversion! Made of 1/2” [12mm] or 1/4" [6mm] materials, our panels fit the factory door precisely. Install is quick and easy, utilizing expanded factory holes with rivet nuts (aka rivnuts) and black machine screws.

• NCV3 High Roof Sprinter Vans (2006-2018)
• VS30 High Roof Sprinter Vans (2019-Present)

• Bamboo Plywood (½" and ¼")
• Black Hex Plywood (½" and ¼")
• White Laminate (½" and ¼")
• Natural Plywood (½" and ¼")
  • Note: the Natural Plywood and Bamboo Plywood are shipped raw/unfinished and will require an oil, wax, or stain of your choosing

Tools Required (not included):

• Rivet Nut (Rivnut) Installation tool
  • Need one? We suggest this manual one, this electric one, or if you're fancy, this pneumatic one.
• Drill and 10mm drill bit to modify factory hole size

Are the panels treated? - The White Laminate and Black Hex are sealed on both sides with laminate. The Natural Ply and Bamboo Plywood are shipped raw/unfinished and will require an oil, wax, or stain of your choosing.
