Take the guesswork out of creating the door panels for your Transit van conversion. Made of 1/2” [12mm] or 1/4" [6mm] materials, our panels fit the factory door precisely. Install is quick and easy, utilizing factory holes with 1/4-20 rivet nuts (aka rivnuts) and your choice of black or stainless machine screws.

Material Options:

Bamboo Plywood - Sustainable 3-ply bamboo plywood with straight grain for a beautiful finish.

White Laminate Plywood - Super durable HPL cold pressed onto hardwood plywood.

Natural Plywood - Strong Baltic Birch ready to accept whatever finish you choose.

Black Hex Plywood - The same core as our Natural Plywood with a super durable black textured laminate finish.

Can I install this myself?

Yes, you can! Simple tools and 30 minutes is all you need.

Are the panels finished?

The White Laminate and Black Hex are finished on both sides. The Natural Plywood and Bamboo Plywood arrive raw and will require an oil, wax, or finish of your choosing.
