Instead of spending hours measuring, cutting, trimming, and modifying (not to mention finding a place to work with a 4'x 8' sheet of plywood...), take advantage of the Featherbuilt system. With our pre-manufactured panels and modular mounting rails, installing the "shell" of your van build is a breeze!

This kit contains everything you need in order to create the finished interior walls for your Sprinter van conversion. Made of high quality materials, cut to fit the van precisely and fastened using factory holes, this kit can be installed in less than one day. Check out the Installation Guide!

Please note: Each kit is made to order; kits with White Laminate and Black Powder Coat Rails will require an additional 10-12 business days for processing.

If you opt to order your kit with custom cutouts, your kit will be ineligible for returns. Please keep this in mind when specifying windows and cutout locations.

FAQs:

How long will this take to install? - Depending on how handy you are, this should take about 1-2 days to install.

Can I install it by myself? - Yes! We've designed this entire kit to be able to be installed by just one person (although we think it's more fun with two).

Do you offer installations? - Yes, at our shop in Denver. Contact us for pricing.

Are the panels sealed/finished? - The White Laminate panel option is completely sealed. The Bamboo and Natural Plywood are shipped raw/unfinished and will require some kind of oil, wax, or stain. If you're getting your panels installed at our shop in Denver, we offer finishing services.

What can I mount on the rails? - Since the rails utilize factory holes and are riveted into the van's structural points, the possibilities are endless! Our ENTIRE Featherbuilt van builds are based around the rails. We mount bed platforms, upper cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and bench seats to the rail system.

What hardware is compatible with your system? - We use ¼-20 Rivnuts and ¼-20 Machine Screws; the rails use Channel Nuts for low-profile Unistrut.

Why use aluminum rails instead of steel? - We like how easy aluminum is to work with; it can easily be chopped, drilled, and modified with basic household tools. It's also half the weight of steel and still incredibly strong.

Can I use another rail mounting system? - Technically, yes, other L-track and rail systems could be used with our panels. However, the benefit of the Featherbuilt rails is they are pre-drilled to perfectly line up with factory holes in your van. With other mounting rails, you will need to match-drill all your holes. You also may need to modify your panels, and we would not be able to offer installation support.

Can I order just the wall panels or rails? - Our kits are intended to be installed successfully using all the components, so we don't sell the panels and rails separately.
